Teesside Model Air Club - 30th & 31st May 2009 -
Teesside Model Flying
Club organise, with the help of club volunteers, their own
annual flying display. It started, some five years ago, as a
fun flying day for all who wanted to attend, and has now
developed into a successful two day Model Air Show.
The model flying goes
on all day from 10.00 am in the morning to 5.00 pm in the
evening with many and varied models, Many people bring along
a folding chair, find a good spot on the flight-line and
stay all day.
Although the main theme
is a Model Air Show there are other attractions which make

Meet President Mr Barry Proctor
It is a honour to have been chosen
to represent The Richmond Meet as president for 2009: this
is my second time a president, my first being in 1995 As
president I would like to extend a warm welcome to all the
people who take part in all the activities over the meet
weekend,
We have all the usual events on
offer this year including top class cycling with
competitions taking place throughout the week, (see this
programme for details) a scate board competition in
Ronaldshay park, Live music and many stalls in the Friary
Gardens both Sunday and Monday, and all the fun of the fair
in the market place. We start the Monday off with the
Richmond Meet Parade with many entrants returning year after
year to take part, not only isit great fun and not to be
missed but there are cash prizes to be won too, so come to
Richmond and enjoy the event of the year, and most of all
