With one telephone call the above Team could be fully mobilised within minutes, providing the skills, equipment and personnel to make any incident run that little smoother for the Emergency Services and to make the possible upheaval a little more bearable for the innocent bystander and the local resident.
Extra services the Team can provide in an emergency
Team personnel experienced in Search and Rescue techniques to help in the search for people, whether lost on the hills or missing from home.
A mobile Control unit and an Incident Control vehicle, both fitted with Communications and Public address equipment are available for use at any time and at very short notice.
Up to three Rescue boats varying in size from a small 28hp boat to a large 5m, 50hp RIB. These boats with crew can be used at their base on the River Tees or placed on trailers and taken elsewhere.
But whatever role is required in an emergency situation, the Stockton Team can provide a friendly, professional service gained through 30+ years of invaluable experience working not only within the local community, but many other communities spread throughout the UK.
